My principal place of residence is in the Whanganui District area.
I come from Whanganui and spent some time living in Australia before returning with my family. Whanganui is a great place to raise our three children. My background is in risk management in the insurance industry and Whanganui has allowed me to start a degree in nursing as a mature aged student which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am an active member of Amdram, sing in my church choir and sit on several communities. My hope and vision for Whanganui is that we are a compassionate community where everyone has a place to be seen and heard. My ancestors spread the breadth of Aotearoa and I am very humbled to know the struggles they overcame. Aotearoa is a place for all and for all to be treated without discrimination. I have some great networks and support to help me in my council work which I will do with purpose and conviction.
