I class myself as conservative with a strong belief in family values, democracy and equal rights.

My background is in media management and cafe/restaurant ownership.

Chairman of Whanganui Ratepayers Association for 3 years.

If elected I pledge to put my extensive experience of marketing, management and budgeting scrutiny to full use in analysing and questioning council decisions and expenditure.

I believe in fair, equitable outcomes for all people; this means embracing, celebrating and respecting all cultures and diversities from all socio economic backgrounds.

I will work to reduce unnecessary bureaucracy, indecision and slow decision making.

I’m committed to the Velodrome roofing, port development, pensioner housing, minimal rates increases and kerbside recycling. I do not support handing over your 3 waters assets or non-elected council appointees.

I’m for positive change in leadership and direction, therefore I support new Mayoral aspirant Andrew Tripe.
